International shipping: which countries we ship to and what it costs
BENDIS ships its scent diffusers and fragrance refills to around 90 countries from Madrid. Within the European Union there are no customs or duties: the price you see is the price you pay. Standard shipping to the EU starts at €19.90, and in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal it is free on orders over €60.

Rates for a shipment of up to 2 kg, which is the weight of most small and medium diffusers with one refill. The exact cost is calculated in the cart based on the real weight of your order.

The Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have their own rate in the cart, with sea and air options. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, IGIC or IPSI tax and clearance are not included.
What the price includes
- Pickup at our Madrid warehouse and transport to the delivery address.
- Shipment tracking by email.
- Packaging prepared for the transport of liquids.
- Spanish VAT, or the VAT of your country if you are in the European Union (BENDIS files through the OSS one-stop shop).
Outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees at destination are not included and are paid by whoever receives the package.
Delivery times
We prepare orders at our Madrid warehouse. The time frame depends on the carrier and the destination, and the sales contract sets a legal maximum of 30 calendar days from order confirmation. As soon as the package leaves, you receive the tracking number by email.
The monthly subscription is a different thing
The monthly scenting subscription, which includes the nebulizer and each month's fragrance for a fixed price from €29.90 per month plus VAT, is only offered in Spain and Portugal. Outside those two countries we sell the equipment and the refills, not the subscription service. If you are a business outside Spain or Portugal and you want the subscription model, write to us at info@bendis.es and we will look at it case by case.
Frequently asked questions
Do you ship to my country?
If your country appears in the table above, yes. The fastest way to check is to add the product to the cart and enter your address: if the country is not covered, the cart does not offer any rate. If you are interested in a destination that does not appear, write to us at info@bendis.es and we will look into it.
Do I have to pay customs if I buy from the European Union?
No. Shipments within the European Union leave from Spain, which is part of the common customs territory, so there are no duties and no paperwork. The VAT of your country is already included in the price you see, because BENDIS declares its sales through the OSS one-stop shop.
What if I buy from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States or the Emirates?
Those destinations are outside the European Union, so the package goes through customs. Import duties, local VAT and clearance fees are charged by the carrier to the recipient at the time of delivery, and they are not included in the price on the website.
Can fragrance refills be shipped by air?
Yes. BENDIS nebulizing fragrances travel in limited quantities, with the packaging and labeling required by transport regulations. For some distant destinations the carrier may route them by land or sea, which lengthens the delivery time.
Can I return an international order?
Yes, under the same conditions as a domestic order and with the 14 day right of withdrawal set by European regulations. The cost of returning the package is paid by the customer, and on shipments outside the European Union any import taxes already paid are not refunded by BENDIS but by the customs authority at destination where applicable.
Which currency do I pay in?
In your own, as long as your country has its own currency enabled: dollars in the United States, pounds in the United Kingdom, francs in Switzerland, pesos in Mexico, Australian dollars in Australia and dirhams in the Emirates. In the rest of the European Union, euros.
