Scent diffusers for hotels, shops and trade fair stands in Verona
Between Piazza Bra, Piazza delle Erbe and Via Mazzini, the main shopping street, boutiques, jewellers, cafés and hotels share old buildings. In a shop on Via Mazzini the scent is part of the brand and has to stay the same all day; in a hotel near the Arena, reception is the first thing guests remember when they come for the summer opera.
Veronafiere sets the business calendar: Vinitaly in spring, Marmomacc, Fieracavalli and many more. Every stand wants to stand out, but at a wine fair you have to be careful: do not scent near the tasting counters, because it interferes with the wine. The same goes for wine bars and Valpolicella wineries, where the usual approach is to neutralise toilets and storerooms and keep the tasting room free of odours.

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², 59,90 €) and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €). Fragrance refills: 150 ml at 29,99 € and 250 ml at 34,99 €. On a monthly subscription in the same size you pay 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €), cancel any time. Shipping to Italy: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Verona example: a 90 m² boutique on Via Mazzini with one fitting room. One LUME in the shop (109,99 €) and one PULSE in the fitting room (72,99 €): 182,98 €, paid once. The LUME uses about 150 ml a month, covered by the 150 ml subscription at 26,99 €.

Scent marketing in Verona: frequently asked questions
Can I scent a stand at Vinitaly or Veronafiere?
At most fairs, yes: for a stand of up to 80 m² a SENSE (89,99 €) is enough, up to 600 m² an ORBIT (149,90 €). At Vinitaly or any wine fair, keep scent away from the tasting area: at most a very low note at the stand entrance. Order in time, because delivery takes up to 7 calendar days.
How much does it cost to scent a shop on Via Mazzini?
Up to 100 m², a LUME at 109,99 €; up to 120 m², a FLOW at 79,99 €, including VAT and paid once. After that you only pay for fragrance: 29,99 € for a 150 ml refill or 26,99 € a month on subscription.
How long does shipping to Verona take, and are there customs charges?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Italy is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples to try in your own space. If one suits you better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
