Professional scenting in Bologna
BENDIS sells professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to businesses in Bologna: osterias, restaurants, bars, hotels, offices, gyms, clinics, shops and trade fair stands. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € including VAT for a space up to 120 m², it arrives configured within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation and no building work.
You taste Bologna before you see it. In the Quadrilatero, between via Pescherie Vecchie and via Clavature, and in the osterias of via del Pratello, the kitchen is the star: a light, discreet note in the dining room, neutralizer in the restrooms and bin area. Never sweet notes near the kitchen.
Under the porticoes, from via Indipendenza to Strada Maggiore, shops and cafés work with the door open onto a covered walkway: the scent has to be noticed on the way in without spilling into the street. In the university area around via Zamboni, bars have more restrooms to manage than moods to create. Winters on the plain are damp and foggy, summers are muggy: closed rooms and air conditioning running for long stretches.
In the trade fair district, BolognaFiere hosts Cosmoprof, the beauty fair, and many other events where stands and showrooms want a recognisable scent. We also work with offices around the Fiera and in Bolognina and with businesses in Casalecchio di Reno, San Lazzaro di Savena, Castel Maggiore, Zola Predosa and Imola. We advise you remotely, with photos and square metres sent by WhatsApp or e-mail. BENDIS is a scent marketing company based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the European Union.

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², 59,90 €) and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €). Fragrance refills: 150 ml for 29,99 € and 250 ml for 34,99 €. With the monthly subscription for the same size you pay 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to Italy: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Bologna example: an osteria on via del Pratello with a 100 m² dining room, open kitchen and two restrooms. One FLOW in the dining room at low intensity (79,99 €) and two PULSE units with neutralizer (145,98 €): 225,97 € one time. The FLOW uses about 250 ml a month, so the 250 ml subscription (31,49 € a month) covers it.
What's included
- Professional cold-air nebulizer. Configured for the size of your space (intensity, schedules and days of the week). It's yours.
- App control. Program diffusion around lunch and dinner service.
- 5 ml samples with your first order. So you choose the fragrance in your own space.

- Optional fragrance subscription. 10 % cheaper than a single refill, cancel anytime.
How it works from Bologna
No building work and no technician visit, in four steps:
- Tell us about your space. Size, type of business and which smell you want to create or remove. By phone (+34 911 09 70 50), WhatsApp or info@bendis.es, ideally with photos.
- We recommend a unit and a fragrance. With the public price and estimated use, no obligation.
- The diffuser arrives configured. Within 7 calendar days of confirmation, with 5 ml samples in your first order. Place it, plug it in, done.
- Control it from the app. Intensity, schedules and days. Order fragrance when you need it, or subscribe monthly for 10 % less.
Frequently asked questions about scenting in Bologna
How much does it cost to scent a business in Bologna?
You buy the unit once: 79,99 € for the FLOW (up to 120 m²), 109,99 € for the LUME (up to 100 m²) or 149,90 € for the ORBIT (up to 600 m²), VAT included. After that you only pay for fragrance: 34,99 € for a 250 ml refill or 31,49 € a month on subscription.
Won't the scent clash with the kitchen smell in an osteria?
Not if it's set up right. In the dining room we use neutral notes at low intensity: you notice it when you walk in and it fades into the background while you eat. No sweet notes near the kitchen. Where there's a bad smell (restrooms, bin area) a neutralizer removes it instead of mixing with it.
Can I scent a stand at Cosmoprof or BolognaFiere?
Yes, just order in time: delivery takes no more than 7 calendar days from confirmation. For a stand up to 80 m² the SENSE (89,99 €) works, it plugs in and is programmed from the app. After the fair the diffuser is still yours to use in your shop or office.
How long does delivery to Bologna take, and are there customs duties?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as it ships. Italy is in the European Union, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I have the same scent in several venues?
Yes. Pick one fragrance and use it in all your venues, in Bologna or any other city, so customers recognise it. Start with one, test with the 5 ml samples in your first order and roll it out later.
