Access to the website is free of charge. The user declares that they:

BENDIS makes reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Even so, there may be variations in color, appearance or presentation. BENDIS may modify products, limit stock or update information without prior notice.
4. PLACING ORDERS
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. BENDIS may reject orders due to pricing errors, lack of stock or suspected fraud. The contract is formed when the customer receives the confirmation by email.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in euros (€). Prices include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before checkout is completed. Payment must be made using the methods available on the website. BENDIS may suspend orders if payment is not completed correctly.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping conditions are governed by the Shipping Policy. Risk in the product passes to the customer at the time of delivery. BENDIS is not liable for delays attributable to carriers, without prejudice to consumer rights.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has a right of withdrawal (return without giving a reason within 14 days), as set out in the Return and Refund Policy.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription services are governed by the Subscription Cancellation Policy.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Spanish law applies. In the event of a dispute:
- If the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction
- In all other cases, the courts of Madrid
