Refund policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must include proof of purchase or order number.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@bendis.es indicating your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions for the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, fragrance refills that have been opened cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bendis.es and we will resolve it immediately.
