Shipping policy

At BENDIS we ship to Spain, Portugal, Andorra, the entire European Union and a selection of international destinations in Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, Oceania and Southern Africa. Below you will find our current rates (VAT included), delivery times and the conditions that apply to each zone.

How shipping costs are calculated

  • The exact price is calculated at checkout based on the actual weight of your order and the delivery address.
  • All rates on this page include VAT.
  • We work with MRW for shipments to Spain and Portugal. For all other destinations we use the appropriate international carrier in each case.
  • Rates are in euros, except for the United Kingdom (pounds sterling), the United States (dollars) and the United Arab Emirates (dirhams). If you pay in another currency, the checkout shows you the equivalent amount.

Shipping for the scenting subscription

With the scenting subscription, shipping of the device and refills is included in mainland Spain and in Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira). In the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping rate for each destination shown at checkout applies. The subscription is only available in Spain and Portugal.

Delivery times

We prepare orders at our warehouse in Madrid and dispatch them as soon as possible.

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal, the rest of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada: maximum of one week (7 calendar days) from order confirmation.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: depending on the service chosen at checkout.
  • Other international destinations: the carrier may take somewhat longer, especially if the shipment is routed by land or sea.

In any case, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days from order confirmation, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

When we dispatch your order, we will send you the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Pacific, the Middle East, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, South Africa and the rest of Southern Africa leave the customs or tax territory of the European Union.

Duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees at destination are not included in the shipping price and are paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your details carefully before confirming your order. If the parcel is returned to us due to an error or omission in the address provided, reshipping will be charged again at the applicable rate.

No one available at delivery

If no one is at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery. If the parcel still cannot be delivered after that, it will be returned to the sender.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to tell us that you wish to return it, and a further 14 calendar days to send the product back to us. In mainland Spain and Portugal, return shipping costs are covered by us and we arrange the collection. In the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira, Andorra, the rest of the European Union and destinations outside the European Union, return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or BENDIS has made an error. Fragrance refills cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal unless they are defective. Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return.
