Shipping policy

At BENDIS we ship to Spain, Portugal, Andorra, the European Union and a selection of international destinations. Below you will find the rates in force since 1 September 2026 (VAT included), the delivery times and the conditions that apply to each zone.

How the shipping cost is calculated

  • The exact price is calculated at checkout based on the actual weight of your order and the delivery address.
  • All the rates on this page include VAT and are those in force since 1 September 2026.
  • We work with MRW for shipments to Spain and Portugal. For all other destinations we use the international carrier that applies in each case.

Delivery time

We prepare and dispatch your order as soon as possible and, in any event, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation of the order, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.

When we dispatch your order we provide you with the tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, the United States and the United Arab Emirates leave the customs territory of the European Union.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges at destination are not included in the shipping price and are paid by the recipient on receipt.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your details carefully before confirming your order. If the parcel is returned to us because of an error or an omission in the address provided, the reshipment is invoiced again at the applicable rate.

Nobody available at the time of delivery

If there is no one at the delivery address, the carrier leaves a notice and attempts a second delivery. If the parcel still cannot be delivered after that, it is returned to origin.

Returns

You have 30 days to return your order. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, unless the product is defective or BENDIS has made an error. The refund is issued within 14 days. For full details and the applicable exceptions, please see our refund policy.
