It depends on the service. For individual customers (B2C), the diffuser is purchased and owned by the customer. For businesses (B2B), the diffuser is part of the comprehensive rental service for the duration of the subscription.
No. You can buy your scents individually whenever you want. You can also activate a monthly subscription to automatically receive your favorite fragrance at a better price, and modify, pause, or cancel it whenever you want.
Yes. You can change your fragrance whenever you want. We currently have 27 available scents in our store, ranging from fresh, citrus, and woody options to warm and luxury hotel-style aromas.

Additionally, we have 3 odor-neutralizing formulas, designed according to the type of aroma or environment you want to treat, ideal for pets, kitchen, tobacco, humidity, or other persistent odors.
The subscription includes monthly delivery of the scent of your choice. For businesses, it also includes the use of the diffuser, aromatic advice, and service support.
