How much a professional scent diffuser costs in Milan
In Italy you buy the unit: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

With the monthly subscription for the same size you pay 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to Italy: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Milan example: a 300 m² showroom in the Tortona district with two restrooms. One ORBIT in the showroom (149,90 €) and two PULSE units with neutralizer in the restrooms (145,98 €): 295,88 € one time. The ORBIT uses about 300 ml of fragrance a month.

Frequently asked questions about scenting in Milan
How much does it cost to scent a shop in Milan?
You buy the unit once: 109,99 € for the LUME (up to 100 m²), 79,99 € for the FLOW (up to 120 m²) or 149,90 € for the ORBIT (up to 600 m²), VAT included. After that you only pay for fragrance: 29,99 € for a 150 ml refill or 26,99 € a month on subscription.
Can I scent a showroom for the Salone del Mobile or fashion week?
Yes, just order in time: delivery takes no more than 7 calendar days from confirmation. For a showroom up to 80 m² the SENSE (89,99 €) works, up to 120 m² the FLOW (79,99 €). The diffuser is yours, so after the event you keep using it in your shop or office.
Can it connect to the air conditioning of an office in Porta Nuova or CityLife?
Yes, if the system is ducted. The ATMOS (up to 600 m², 229,99 €) and the HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) connect to the duct and spread the scent across the whole floor with no visible units. If the building doesn't allow it, a standalone ORBIT covers up to 600 m². Always let whoever manages the HVAC system know.
How long does delivery to Milan take, and are there customs duties?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as it ships. Italy is in the European Union, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental in Italy?
