In Rome, hospitality is behind every front door. Around Termini, in Monti, Prati and the Centro Storico there are countless B&Bs, guesthouses (affittacamere) and holiday flats inside historic palazzi, and the first smell when the door opens counts as much as the photos on the listing. With the monthly subscription for the same size you pay 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to Italy: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Rome example: a B&B in Monti with a 60 m² breakfast room and three windowless bathrooms. One SENSE in the breakfast room (89,99 €) and three PULSE units with neutralizer in the bathrooms (218,97 €): 308,96 € one time. Frequently asked questions about scenting in Rome
How much does it cost to scent a B&B or holiday rental in Rome?
For the living area or breakfast room, up to 80 m², the SENSE costs 89,99 €; for each windowless bathroom, a PULSE with neutralizer at 72,99 €. It's a one-time purchase, VAT included. After that you only pay for fragrance: 29,99 € for a 150 ml refill or 26,99 € a month on subscription.
Does it work in a damp ground floor of a historic building?
Yes. In the problem areas (bathrooms, basement, passage to the courtyard) we use a neutralizer, which acts on the odour molecule instead of masking it, and keep the fragrance for the main room. No building work or wiring is needed, which matters in listed buildings: the diffuser plugs in and is programmed from the app.
How long does delivery to Rome take, and are there customs duties?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as it ships. Italy is in the European Union, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before deciding?
Yes. With your first order we send 5 ml samples so you can test them in your own space, which is where the decision really gets made. If a sample wins you over more than the fragrance you chose, order it with your next refill.
