Scent diffusers for shops, offices and restaurants in Genoa
In the caruggi, between Via San Lorenzo, Via del Campo and the Banchi area, shops, bars and workshops sit on ground floors with no natural ventilation. The first step there is to neutralise the damp and stale air, and only then add a light fragrance in the customer area. In focaccerie and friggitorie the problem is different: oil and frying cling to the room. Neutralise the passage to the kitchen and the toilets, and keep the dining area at low intensity.
Outside the old town, Via XX Settembre and Via Roma are lined with shops and boutiques where the scent has to be constant and recognisable. Shipping, freight and insurance offices around Brignole, Piccapietra and San Benigno run ducted air conditioning and meeting rooms that get stuffy fast. With the sea breeze, the air is almost always damp and salty.
If you exhibit at the Genoa Boat Show (Salone Nautico) or the Fiera di Genova, a plug-in diffuser on the stand is enough. We also supply Nervi, Albaro, Sampierdarena, Rapallo, Chiavari and Savona on the same terms. Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will tell you which unit and fragrance fit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Genoa: frequently asked questions
Does it work in a damp, windowless shop in the caruggi?
Yes, if you do it in two steps. First a PULSE (72,99 €) with neutraliser at the dampest point (storeroom, toilet or back of the shop), which removes the smell instead of covering it. Then, in the customer area, a SENSE (89,99 €) or LUME (109,99 €) with a light fragrance. They plug in, no building work.
How do I get rid of the frying smell in a focacceria or friggitoria?
Not with perfume, which mixes with it and makes it worse. Put neutraliser near the passage to the kitchen and in the toilets and, if you like, a fresh fragrance at low intensity in the dining area. For a room of up to 120 m², the FLOW costs 79,99 € including VAT.
How long does shipping to Genoa take, and are there customs charges?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Italy is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples to try in your own space. If one suits you better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Italy?
No. The monthly plan with the unit and fragrance included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Italy you buy the diffuser, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance for 10 % less.
