How do I get rid of the damp smell on a ground floor in Venice?

With neutraliser, not perfume. A PULSE (72,99 €) with neutraliser in the storeroom, entrance or bathroom acts on the odour molecule itself. Once that is done, the fragrance is kept for the reception or shop. No building work needed: it plugs in and is programmed from the app.

Can I scent a gallery or exhibition space during the Biennale?

Yes, as long as you order in time: delivery takes 7 calendar days at most. For a space of up to 80 m² a SENSE (89,99 €) is enough; up to 600 m², an ORBIT (149,90 €). At low intensity the scent accompanies the work without distracting. When the show ends, the diffuser is still yours.

How long does shipping to Venice take, and are there customs charges?

One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Italy is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
