Professional scenting in Naples

Hotel scenting, B&Bs and restaurants in Naples

In the historic centre, between Spaccanapoli, Via dei Tribunali and the Quartieri Spagnoli, hundreds of B&Bs and holiday flats sit in old palazzi with narrow stairs and tuff-stone ground floors that hold on to damp. Guests open the door and the first thing they notice is stale air. Here you neutralise first (bathrooms, entrance, windowless rooms) and then scent the living area with a fresh note.

In pizzerias and trattorias the oven and kitchen are part of the experience, so you do not cover them. Neutralise the toilets and bin area, and keep the dining room to a very light fragrance at most. In Chiaia, Via dei Mille or the Vomero, boutiques and shops want a signature scent that never changes. Hotels on the Via Partenope seafront and offices in the Centro Direzionale run air conditioning for months, because summers are long, hot and humid.

We also supply businesses in Pozzuoli, Caserta, Torre del Greco and Sorrento, and exhibitors at the Mostra d'Oltremare. Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will tell you which unit and fragrance fit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Naples: frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to scent a B&B in the historic centre of Naples?

For the living area of up to 80 m², a SENSE at 89,99 €; for each windowless bathroom, a PULSE with neutraliser at 72,99 €. It is a one-off purchase including VAT. After that you only pay for fragrance: 29,99 € for a 150 ml refill or 26,99 € a month on subscription.

Can you scent a pizzeria without masking the smell of the oven?

Yes, and that is the right approach. The wood-fired oven smell is part of the product, so the dining room gets a very light fragrance at low intensity, or none at all. Where you do need to act is the toilets and bin area, with a PULSE (72,99 €) and neutraliser, which removes the odour instead of mixing with it.

How long does shipping to Naples take, and are there customs charges?

One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Italy is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.

Can I try the fragrances before choosing?

Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples to try in your own space. If one suits you better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.

Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Italy?

No. The monthly plan with the unit and fragrance included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Italy you buy the diffuser, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance for 10 % less.
