Professional scenting in Dublin
Professional scenting in Dublin from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers (cold-air nebulizers) and fragrances made in Spain for hotels, pubs, cafés, offices and clinics. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € incl. VAT for up to 120 m². It reaches Ireland configured within 7 days; you plug it in and control it from the app.
Dublin hospitality lives in old buildings: Georgian houses turned into boutique hotels and clinics around St Stephen's Green and Merrion Square, Victorian pubs in Temple Bar and off Grafton Street, cafés in Rathmines and Ranelagh. With mild, damp weather all year, basements and toilets often smell musty, so you neutralise first and scent second.
Then there is the other Dublin: glass offices in the Docklands and Grand Canal Dock, hotels and embassies in Ballsbridge, events at the Convention Centre Dublin and the RDS. In a reception or a hotel lobby the scent is part of the brand and has to smell the same every day. If you are in Dún Laoghaire, Swords, Malahide or Bray, shipping works the same way.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Dublin: frequently asked questions
How much does hotel scenting cost in Dublin?
It depends on the lobby. For a reception of up to 120 m², a FLOW at 79,99 € incl. VAT; for a ground floor of up to 600 m², an ORBIT at 149,90 €; and if the hotel has HVAC ducts, the HALO (194,99 €, up to 800 m²) scents through them. You pay for the unit once, and fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Ireland is 23,90 €.
Will a scent diffuser get rid of the damp smell in an old Dublin basement?
A scent on its own only covers it. In basements and toilets we use a neutraliser in a PULSE (up to 7 m², 72,99 €), or a SENSE for a bigger room, which removes the odour, and the scent goes in the main area. Send us a few photos and we will tell you which one fits.
Are there customs charges when ordering from Dublin?
No. Ireland is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 23,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation, with tracking by e-mail.
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Ireland?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Ireland you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
