In Paris, floor space is expensive and shops are small. Many boutiques in the Marais or Saint-Germain-des-Prés are 30 or 40 m², with one fitting room and a tiny stockroom. They don't need a big machine. They need a discreet diffuser, properly tuned, that customers notice when they walk in and that doesn't overload the air by late afternoon.

How much does a professional scent diffuser cost in Paris?
In France you buy the unit: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², 59,90 €), and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €). Fragrance refills: 150 ml for 29,99 € and 250 ml for 34,99 €. With a monthly subscription in the same size you pay 10% less (26,99 € and 31,49 €) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to France: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Paris example: a 40 m² boutique in the Marais with one fitting room. A SENSE in the shop (89,99 €) and a PULSE in the fitting room (72,99 €): 162,98 €, paid once. The SENSE uses about 100 ml a month, so a 150 ml refill lasts a little over a month.

It depends on the building. For an open-plan reception, the ORBIT (up to 600 m²) costs 149,90 €. If the hotel has air-conditioning ducts, the HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) scents several areas from a single point. Prices include VAT; after that you only pay for fragrance.
Which diffuser should I use for a small boutique in the Marais or Saint-Germain?
For 30 to 80 m² the SENSE (89,99 €) is usually enough; up to 100 m², go for the LUME (109,99 €). What matters most is the setting: low intensity and scheduled pauses in the app, so the scent is noticed at the door without weighing the air down later in the day.
How long does delivery to Paris take, and are there customs charges?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, with a tracking number sent by e-mail. France is in the European Union, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price shown. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before deciding?
Yes. With your first order we include 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space, which is where the decision really gets made. If you prefer one of the samples to the fragrance you picked, just order it with your next refill.
Can I rent a scent diffuser monthly in France?
No. The monthly plan with diffuser and fragrance included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In France you buy the diffuser, it's yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less, cancel anytime.
