On the Riviera, people have a trained nose. Grasse, the perfume capital, is half an hour from Cannes, and guests at hotels on the Promenade des Anglais, the Croisette or in Nice's Carré d'Or notice a cheap or overpowering scent straight away. What works here is a fragrance with character at a controlled intensity, one that carries the entrance, reception and corridors without becoming tiring.
The other local factor is the season. Many beach restaurants in Juan-les-Pins, beach clubs and holiday villas open from spring to autumn, and Cannes follows the rhythm of the big events at the Palais des Festivals. How much does a professional scent diffuser cost in Nice and Cannes?
In France you buy the unit: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², 59,90 €), and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €). Fragrance refills: 150 ml for 29,99 € and 250 ml for 34,99 €. With a monthly subscription in the same size you pay 10% less (26,99 € and 31,49 €) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to France: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Nice example: a small hotel on the Promenade des Anglais. An ORBIT in reception (149,90 €) and a PULSE with neutraliser in the ground-floor toilet (72,99 €): 222,89 €, paid once. The ORBIT uses about 300 ml a month.

How much does it cost to scent a hotel in Nice or Cannes?
For an open reception, the ORBIT (up to 600 m²) costs 149,90 € including VAT. If the hotel has ducted air conditioning, the HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) scents several areas from a single point. For a room or suite, a SENSE (up to 80 m², 89,99 €). After that you only pay for fragrance.
My business closes in winter: what do I do with the diffuser out of season?
Nothing special. The unit is yours, so there's no monthly fee while it's not in use. Switch it off in the app, pause or cancel the fragrance subscription and turn it back on when you reopen. Store it with an empty tank in a dry place.
How long does delivery to Nice take, and are there customs charges?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, with a tracking number sent by e-mail. France is in the European Union, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price shown. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before deciding?
Yes. With your first order we include 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space. If you prefer one of the samples to the fragrance you picked, just order it with your next refill.
Can I rent a scent diffuser monthly in France?
No. The monthly plan with diffuser and fragrance included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In France you buy the diffuser, it's yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less, cancel anytime.
