Scent diffusers for offices, restaurants and hotels in Toulouse
In aerospace offices the rule is low intensity and clean notes, because a strong scent over an eight-hour day gets tiring. On an open-plan floor of 300 or 400 m², one ORBIT covers the whole space, and if the building has ducted air conditioning, a HALO or an ATMOS spreads the scent from a single point with nothing on show.
In cassoulet restaurants and South-West bistros, at the food counters upstairs in the Marché Victor Hugo or in the bars on Place Saint-Pierre, the challenge is the kitchen. Neutralise the toilets and corridors first, then pick a light scent for the dining room that does not fight with the food. Summers are hot and the autan wind dries the air, so it pays to set diffusion times in the app.
Exhibiting at MEETT, the Aussonne exhibition centre, or running a business in Balma, Tournefeuille, L'Union or Muret? Same terms. Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will tell you which unit and fragrance fit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Toulouse: frequently asked questions
How much does a scent diffuser cost for an office in Blagnac or Basso Cambo?
It depends on the floor area. An open-plan floor of up to 600 m² takes one ORBIT (149,90 €) and each meeting room a SENSE (89,99 €), including VAT and paid once. If the building has ducted air conditioning, the HALO (194,99 €) covers up to 800 m² from a single point.
Can I scent a trade fair stand at MEETT in Toulouse?
Yes, as long as you order in time: delivery takes 7 calendar days at most. For a stand of up to 80 m², a SENSE (89,99 €) is enough; it plugs in and is programmed from the app. After the show the diffuser is still yours for the office or shop.
How long does shipping to Toulouse take, and are there customs charges?
One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. France is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples to try in your own space. If one suits you better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in France?
No. The monthly plan with the unit and fragrance included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In France you buy the diffuser, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance for 10 % less, cancel any time.
