Scenting offices, shops and gyms in Sofia
Sofia has become a hub for tech and service companies. Offices cluster in Mladost around Business Park Sofia and along Tsarigradsko shose, in buildings with large floors and central air conditioning. For these spaces, one ORBIT per floor and one SENSE per meeting room; with access to the ducts, a HALO covers up to 800 m².
In the centre, Vitosha Boulevard and the surrounding streets are lined with fashion stores, cafés and restaurants, while Oborishte and Lozenets have small hotels, clinics and neighbourhood venues. Gyms and training studios, of which the city has plenty, mostly need to neutralise changing-room odours and keep the training floor smelling fresh.
With Vitosha mountain right next door, winters are cold and the heating dries the air; start at low intensity and adjust in the app. We also serve businesses in Bankya, Bozhurishte and Pernik. Advice is remote, with photos and square metres by WhatsApp or e-mail.
