Scenting offices, clinics and hotels in Bucharest
Bucharest has two big office hubs: the Floreasca, Barbu Văcărescu and Pipera axis in the north, and the Politehnica and Orhideea area in the west. Large buildings, open-plan floors and central air conditioning. That is where an ORBIT on the floor, a SENSE in the meeting rooms and, if the building allows it, a duct-connected HALO make sense.
Dorobanți, Primăverii and the area around Aviatorilor have many private clinics, dental practices and beauty centres, where the scent of the waiting room shapes the first impression. The Old Town (Lipscani) and Calea Victoriei bring together hotels, restaurants and bars, while Herăstrău and Băneasa host the more upmarket venues.
Summers are very hot and winters cold, so climate control runs most of the year; you adjust the intensity by season in the app. We also serve businesses in Voluntari, Otopeni, Chiajna and Popești-Leordeni. Advice is remote, with photos and square metres. In Romanian this is called marketing olfactiv.

FAQ: scenting a business in Bucharest
How much does it cost to scent an office in Pipera or Floreasca?
An open-plan floor up to 600 m² is covered by an ORBIT (149,90 €) and each meeting room by a SENSE (89,99 €). With access to the air conditioning, the HALO (194,99 €) covers up to 800 m² through the ducts. VAT included.
Which scent suits a dental or aesthetic clinic in Bucharest?
Soft, clean notes, nothing sweet or heavy, in reception and the waiting room. A SENSE or LUME depending on the size, and a neutraliser in the restrooms. In treatment rooms, better without fragrance.
Do I pay in lei?
Prices on the site are in euros and the store shows the amount in Romanian lei (RON) at checkout. Romania is in the EU, so there are no customs and Romanian VAT is already included.
How long does delivery to Bucharest take?
Within 7 calendar days of order confirmation at the latest, with a tracking number by e-mail. Shipping costs 24,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I test the fragrances first?
Yes. With your first order we send 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space.
