Hotel and villa scenting in Cascais
In the hotels along the promenade between Cascais and Estoril, and in the boutique hotels of the old town, reception and corridors are what guests remember first. With ducted air conditioning, a HALO spreads the same fragrance across several areas from a single point. In the villas of Quinta da Marinha, Birre or Monte Estoril, closed part of the year or let by the week, the challenge is different: on reopening they smell stale and of sea damp in sofas, curtains and wardrobes. Neutralize first, then scent the living room.
In the restaurants at the marina, in Cascais old town or on the Guincho road, the kitchen and the fish come first: neutralizer in the bathrooms and corridors, a discreet note in the dining room. In the boutiques of the centre and at CascaiShopping, the scent has to be constant and recognisable. Towards Carcavelos, Parede and São João do Estoril there are clinics, gyms and offices that work all year round.
We also cover Oeiras, Sintra and Alcabideche at the same prices. The diffuser arrives configured, with the fragrance included, ready to plug in. No building work and no technician visit: we advise you remotely, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, from a few photos and the size of the space.

Scenting in Cascais: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a hotel in Cascais or Estoril?
It is worked out by zone. A lobby of up to 600 m² with an ORBIT costs 54,90 € + VAT a month and, if the hotel has ducted air conditioning, the HALO covers up to 800 m² for 69,90 € + VAT a month. Fragrance is always included. It is the BENDIS monthly scenting plan (what the industry calls renting), with no minimum term.
Which diffuser does a villa in Quinta da Marinha need?
For a living room of up to 100 m², a LUME (37,90 € + VAT a month); up to 120 m², a FLOW (39,90 € + VAT). In windowless bathrooms or walk-in wardrobes, a PULSE with neutralizer (29,90 € + VAT). If the villa sits empty for spells, schedule it in the app to start before guests arrive.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The plan is month to month and you cancel with 30 days' notice. If your business is seasonal, start it when you open and cancel it when you close.
Can I buy the diffuser instead of paying the monthly fee?
Yes. From 72,99 € for the PULSE or 79,99 € for the FLOW, VAT included, and the unit is yours. Then order refills when you need them (29,99 € for 150 ml, 34,99 € for 250 ml) or subscribe to the fragrance for 10 % less. Shipping to mainland Portugal is free from 60 €.
Can I try the fragrances before deciding?
Yes. With the first order we send 5 ml samples so you can choose the fragrance in your own space, which is where the decision really gets made.
