Monthly scenting plan
Professional scenting in Aveiro
BENDIS is a professional scenting company based in Madrid that makes its fragrances in Spain and publishes its prices. In Aveiro it offers a monthly scenting plan from 29,90 € + VAT, with diffuser, monthly fragrance and shipping included, no installation and no minimum term, for hotels, short-term rentals (alojamento local), restaurants, pastry shops, clinics, offices and shops.
Aveiro lives between the lagoon (the ria), its canals and the Atlantic. That is where its charm comes from, and also a damp that gets into ground floors, storerooms and houses left shut for a few days.

Hotel scenting, restaurants and clinics in Aveiro
In the centre, along the Canal Central and in the Beira-Mar quarter, there are short-term rentals, small hotels, ovos moles pastry shops and fish restaurants in old buildings with little ventilation. The first smell when the door opens is the one customers remember. Where it smells of damp or cooking, neutralise first (bathrooms, storeroom, corridors) and then scent the dining room or reception with a fresh note.
In Costa Nova and Barra, the striped beach houses and holiday flats sit empty for months out of season and smell of sea damp when they reopen. Around the University of Aveiro and the hospital there are dental, physio and beauty clinics whose waiting rooms need to smell clean, without heavy perfume. And at Fórum Aveiro, Glicínias and the local business parks, shops and offices run air conditioning much of the year.
We also cover Ílhavo, Águeda, Ovar and Estarreja at the same prices. The diffuser arrives configured, with the fragrance included, ready to plug in. No building work and no technician visit: we advise you remotely, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, from a few photos and the size of the space.

| Waiting room, consulting room or holiday rental | SENSE | Up to 80 m² | 34,90 € + VAT | 89,99 € | 100 ml/month |

Scenting in Aveiro: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a holiday rental in Aveiro or Costa Nova?
For a living room of up to 80 m², a SENSE at 34,90 € + VAT a month, fragrance included. If the bathroom has no window or the house smells of sea damp when it reopens, add a PULSE with neutralizer at 29,90 € + VAT a month. It is the BENDIS monthly scenting plan (what the industry calls renting), with no minimum term.
How do I get rid of the damp smell in premises by the ria?
You do not cover it with perfume, you neutralize it. A PULSE with neutralizer in the storeroom, bathroom or back of the space acts on the odor molecule itself. Once that is sorted, the fragrance is kept for the customer area. Send us photos and we will tell you where each unit should go.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The plan is month to month and you cancel with 30 days' notice. It is available across mainland Portugal, so Aveiro, Ílhavo, Águeda and Ovar are all covered.
Can I buy the diffuser instead of paying the monthly fee?
Yes. From 72,99 € for the PULSE or 79,99 € for the FLOW, VAT included, and the unit is yours. Then order refills when you need them or subscribe to the fragrance for 10 % less (26,99 € for 150 ml, 31,49 € for 250 ml). Shipping to mainland Portugal is free from 60 €.
Can I try the fragrances before deciding?
Yes. With the first order we send 5 ml samples so you can choose the fragrance in your own space, which is where the decision really gets made.
