Professional scenting in Bergen
Professional scenting in Bergen from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and clinics. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € for up to 120 m², and it reaches Norway configured, usually in about a week. Plug it in and run it from the app.
In Bergen, Bryggen and the area around Vågen and Torget bring together restaurants, shops and hotels that live from tourism, cruise visitors included; Torgallmenningen and the city centre hold the retail; Nordnes and Marken have cafés and small venues. Offices are at Media City Bergen, in Sandsli and in Kokstad, near Flesland airport. Norwegians call it duftmarkedsføring.
Bergen is one of the rainiest cities in Europe: wet coats, umbrellas at the door and damp that lingers in receptions and toilets. There the first step is to neutralise, then scent at low intensity. Hotels, restaurants, shops, clinics and gyms: each space gets its own unit. If you are in Askøy, Sotra or Os, shipping works the same way.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Professional scenting in Bergen: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a hotel, shop or restaurant in Bergen?
For a café, restaurant or office of up to 120 m², a FLOW at 79,99 € (about 250 ml of fragrance a month); for a shop of up to 100 m², a LUME (109,99 €). For a hotel lobby of up to 600 m², an ORBIT (149,99 €), and if the building has ventilation ducts, a HALO (194,99 €, up to 800 m²). Fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Norway: from 32,90 €.
Do I have to pay customs in Norway?
Possibly. Norway is outside the EU, so the parcel goes through customs and the carrier may charge you duties, import VAT and clearance fees on delivery, under local rules. These amounts are paid by the recipient and are not included in the website price or the shipping cost.
How long does shipping to Norway take?
We prepare your order in Madrid and, as soon as it ships, you get the tracking number by e-mail. It usually arrives in about a week, although customs clearance can add time; the maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days. Shipping costs 32,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Norway?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Norway you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
