Professional scenting in Gothenburg
Professional scenting in Gothenburg from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for restaurants, hotels, shops, clinics and offices. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € incl. VAT for up to 120 m², with the price in Swedish kronor at checkout. It reaches Sweden configured within 7 days at most and you control it from the app.
Gothenburg is smaller and more neighbourhood-based than Stockholm: the wooden-house cafés and shops of Haga, the restaurants of Linnégatan and Majorna, the retail of Inom Vallgraven and the Avenyn (Kungsportsavenyn) with its hotels and bars. It is a port city with an Atlantic climate: it rains often and damp gets into entrances and toilets.
The business side is in Lindholmen, with tech and automotive offices, and around Gamlestaden; trade shows and conferences happen at Svenska Mässan, next to Liseberg. For a stand or a reception you want a consistent brand scent; for a restaurant, neutralise first. If you are in Mölndal, Kungsbacka or Partille, shipping works the same way.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Gothenburg: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a clinic in Gothenburg?
For a clinic of up to 120 m², a FLOW at 79,99 € incl. VAT; for a small reception, a SENSE at 89,99 € (up to 80 m²). Fragrance is 34,99 € for a 250 ml refill or 31,49 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Sweden: 24,90 €, with the total shown in kronor at checkout.
Can I take the scent diffuser to a stand at Svenska Mässan?
Yes. It needs no installation: plug it in, set it from the app and take it back to the office when the show is over. For a stand of up to 80 m² a SENSE is enough; for a bigger one, a FLOW or an ORBIT. Order at least a week ahead.
Are there customs charges when ordering from Gothenburg?
No. Sweden is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 24,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation, with tracking by e-mail. At checkout the shop shows the amount in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Sweden?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Sweden you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
