Professional scenting in Tallinn
Professional scenting in Tallinn from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for hotels, restaurants, shops, coworking spaces and offices. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € incl. VAT for up to 120 m². It reaches Estonia configured within 7 days at most; plug it in and control it from the app.
Tallinn is two cities in one: the Old Town (Vanalinn), with boutique hotels, restaurants in stone cellars and shops for visitors arriving by ferry from Helsinki, and the newer Tallinn of Rotermann, Telliskivi and Kalamaja, full of cafés, studios and coworking spaces in former industrial halls.
Tech offices cluster in Ülemiste City and the centre, while Kadriorg and Pirita have quieter restaurants, clinics and hotels. In medieval cellars the first problem is damp; in a converted hall it is volume. In Estonian this is called lõhnaturundus. If you are in Viimsi or Harku, shipping works the same way.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Tallinn: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a hotel in Tallinn Old Town?
For a reception of up to 80 m², a SENSE at 89,99 € incl. VAT; for a larger lobby, a FLOW (79,99 €, up to 120 m²) or an ORBIT (149,90 €, up to 600 m²). For guest rooms, a ROAM (59,90 €). Fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Estonia: 24,90 €.
How do you scent a converted industrial hall in Telliskivi or Rotermann?
With a unit sized for the volume, not just the floor area: an ORBIT (149,90 €, up to 600 m²) mounted at mid height, or several FLOW units if the space is divided. Send us photos and measurements and we will tell you which combination works.
Are there customs charges when ordering from Tallinn?
No. Estonia is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 24,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation, with tracking by e-mail.
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Estonia?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Estonia you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
