Professional scenting in Riga
Professional scenting in Riga from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for hotels, restaurants, shops, clinics and offices. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € incl. VAT for up to 120 m², and it reaches Latvia configured within 7 days at most. Plug it in and run it from the app.
Central Riga has two faces: Vecrīga, the Old Town, with hotels, restaurants and bars in Hanseatic buildings, and the Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) quarter around Alberta iela and Elizabetes iela, with ornate façades, holiday flats, clinics and offices in high-ceilinged upper floors. Around the Central Market and on Miera iela you find the neighbourhood cafés and shops.
Half an hour away, Jūrmala has beach hotels and spas, where scent is part of the treatment. Trade shows take place at the international exhibition centre on Ķīpsala, and Āgenskalns and Skanste are growing with new offices and restaurants. In Latvian this is called aromārketings. By the Baltic the air is damp, so entrances and toilets often need a neutraliser.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

The range also includes the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €) and the ATMOS for HVAC ducts (up to 600 m², 229,99 €). Fragrance refills: 150 ml at 29,99 € and 250 ml at 34,99 €. On a monthly subscription in the same size you pay 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €), cancel any time. Shipping to Latvia: 24,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A Riga example: a 75 m² aesthetic clinic in an Art Nouveau flat on Alberta iela, with ceilings of almost four metres. A SENSE (89,99 €, up to 80 m²) in the waiting room; it uses about 100 ml a month, so one 150 ml refill (26,99 € on subscription) lasts more than a month.

Professional scenting in Riga: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a spa or hotel in Jūrmala or Riga?
For a spa reception of up to 80 m², a SENSE at 89,99 € incl. VAT; for a lobby of up to 600 m², an ORBIT at 149,90 €; with ventilation ducts, a HALO (194,99 €). Fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Latvia: 24,90 €.
Which scent diffuser suits a high-ceilinged Art Nouveau flat in Riga?
Volume matters more than floor area. A 70 m² practice with four-metre ceilings behaves like a bigger room, so we usually recommend a SENSE or a LUME rather than the smallest unit. Send us photos and measurements and we will fine-tune it.
Are there customs charges when ordering from Riga?
No. Latvia is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 24,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation, with tracking by e-mail.
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Latvia?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Latvia you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
