Professional scenting in Helsinki
Professional scenting in Helsinki from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for hotels, spas, shops, cafés and offices. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € incl. VAT for up to 120 m², and it reaches Finland configured within 7 days at most. Plug it in and run it from the app.
Helsinki's Design District, across Punavuori, Kaartinkaupunki and Ullanlinna, brings together design shops, galleries and cafés; Kamppi and Kluuvi hold the city-centre retail and hotels; Kallio has the neighbourhood bars and cafés. Finns call it tuoksumarkkinointi, and sauna culture means that in hotels and spas a woody, clean smell is linked to wellbeing.
In winter the heating dries indoor air a lot and windows stay shut for months, so it pays to start at low intensity and raise it from the app. Offices in Ruoholahti, Kalasatama and Keilaniemi (Espoo), trade shows at Messukeskus in Pasila, gyms in Töölö: each space gets its own unit. If you are in Espoo or Vantaa, shipping works the same way.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Professional scenting in Helsinki: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a hotel or spa in Helsinki?
For a lobby of up to 600 m², an ORBIT at 149,90 € incl. VAT; if the building has ventilation ducts, a HALO (194,99 €, up to 800 m²). For changing rooms, a PULSE with neutraliser (72,99 €). Fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Finland: 24,90 €.
Can I put a scent diffuser inside a sauna?
We do not recommend it. The diffuser is designed for rooms at normal temperature, not for the heat and humidity of a sauna. What does work is scenting the reception, corridors and relaxation areas of the spa, and neutralising the changing rooms.
Are there customs charges when ordering from Helsinki?
No. Finland is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 24,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation, with tracking by e-mail.
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Finland?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Finland you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
