Professional scenting in Belgrade from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and clinics. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € for up to 120 m², and it reaches Serbia configured, usually in about a week. Plug it in and run it from the app.
In Belgrade, Knez Mihailova and the centre hold the retail and hotels; Dorćol, Vračar and Skadarlija have the cafés, kafanas and restaurants; Savamala and the Sava riverside, the bars and nightlife. New Belgrade (Novi Beograd) is home to offices, business centres and the big shopping malls, and Belgrade Waterfront (Beograd na vodi) adds new office towers, hotels and shops.
Summers are hot and venues run the air conditioning for long hours; in winter the heating dries the air. In Serbia you buy the equipment and it is yours from day one. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. Reference prices in euros; at checkout you see the amount in euros or in Serbian dinars (RSD):

The range also includes the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €) and the ATMOS for HVAC ducts (up to 600 m², 229,99 €). Fragrance refills: 150 ml at 29,99 € and 250 ml at 34,99 €. On a monthly subscription in the same size you pay 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €), cancel any time. Shipping to Serbia: 39,90 € up to 2 kg, 64,90 € for 2 to 5 kg, 84,90 € for 5 to 10 kg, 114,90 € for 10 to 20 kg and 159,90 € above 20 kg; most small and medium diffusers with one refill fall into the first band. Serbia is not in the EU: customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are paid by the recipient on delivery and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.

How much does it cost to scent a hotel, shop or restaurant in Belgrade?
For a café, restaurant or office of up to 120 m², a FLOW at 79,99 € (about 250 ml of fragrance a month); for a shop of up to 100 m², a LUME (109,99 €). For a hotel lobby of up to 600 m², an ORBIT (149,99 €), and if the building has ventilation ducts, a HALO (194,99 €, up to 800 m²). Fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Serbia: from 39,90 €.
Do I have to pay customs in Serbia?
Possibly. Serbia is outside the EU, so the parcel goes through customs and the carrier may charge you duties, import VAT and clearance fees on delivery, under local rules. These amounts are paid by the recipient and are not included in the website price or the shipping cost.
How long does shipping to Serbia take?
We prepare your order in Madrid and, as soon as it ships, you get the tracking number by e-mail. It usually arrives in about a week, although customs clearance can add time; the maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days. Shipping costs 39,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
