Hotel scenting, offices and bars in Malta
Malta is small but dense. Sliema, St Julian's and Gzira concentrate hotels, restaurants and the Paceville nightlife, along with many iGaming, fintech and service company offices, as do Ta' Xbiex, Msida and SmartCity. These offices have open-plan floors, meeting rooms and a lot of staff turnover, and one ORBIT per floor plus a SENSE per meeting room works well.
Valletta and Mdina are a different world: historic limestone buildings with thick walls, basements and inner courtyards where damp is noticeable, especially in winter. FAQ: scenting a business in Malta
How much does it cost to scent an office in St Julian's or Sliema?
An open-plan floor up to 600 m² is covered by an ORBIT (149,90 €) and each room up to 80 m² by a SENSE (89,99 €). With access to the air conditioning, the HALO (194,99 €) covers up to 800 m² through the ducts. VAT included.
How do I remove the damp smell in a limestone building in Valletta?
With a neutraliser, which acts on the odour molecule instead of masking it. A PULSE (72,99 €) with neutraliser in the most enclosed area (basement, restrooms, stairwell) and the fragrance in the main room.
