Scenting Vienna's coffee houses, Ringstrasse hotels and offices
Vienna spends a good part of the year indoors. Cold winters, heating on from October to April, windows shut: smells don't leave, they build up. In the coffee houses of the Innere Stadt and the Beisl taverns of Josefstadt or Wieden, coffee and cooking are part of the charm, but toilets, entrances and vaulted cellar restaurants quickly smell stale and damp. There you neutralise first and add a light scent after.
In the hotels on the Ringstrasse and around the State Opera, scent is part of the brand and has to smell the same at 7 am as at midnight. Many of them run on ducted ventilation, and a HALO or ATMOS connected to the ducts scents several areas from one point. In the shops on Mariahilfer Strasse and in Neubau, a well-tuned plug-in unit is enough.
Offices at Wienerberg, Donau City or Seestadt Aspern, and exhibitors at Messe Wien or the Austria Center, need clean notes that don't wear people out over a full day. How much does professional scenting cost in Vienna?
In Austria you buy the unit: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², 59,90 €), and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €). Refills: 150 ml for 29,99 € and 250 ml for 34,99 €. A monthly subscription in the same size costs 10% less (26,99 € and 31,49 €), cancel anytime. Shipping to Austria: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Vienna example: a 110 m² coffee house in Neubau with one toilet. A FLOW in the main room (79,99 €) and a PULSE with neutraliser in the toilet (72,99 €): 152,98 €, paid once. The FLOW uses about 250 ml a month, which the 250 ml subscription (31,49 € a month) covers.

How much does a scent system for a hotel in Vienna cost?
If the hotel has ducted ventilation, the HALO (up to 800 m²) costs 194,99 € and the ATMOS (up to 600 m²) 229,99 €, VAT included. For an open lobby without ducts, the ORBIT (up to 600 m²) costs 149,90 €. After that you only pay for fragrance.
Does it work in a damp cellar restaurant or a Heuriger wine tavern?
Yes. In vaulted cellars, toilets and corridors we use neutraliser, which acts on the odour molecule instead of masking it, and keep the fragrance for the main room. No building work or wiring: plug it in and schedule it from the app.
How long does delivery to Vienna take, and are there customs charges?
7 calendar days at most from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Austria is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price shown. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before deciding?
Yes. With your first order we include 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space. If you prefer a sample, order it with your next refill.
