Professional scenting in Rotterdam
BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid, sells professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to offices, hotels, restaurants, gyms and shops in Rotterdam. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € including VAT for up to 120 m², or from 194,99 € for a unit that connects to the building’s HVAC. It arrives configured within 7 days at most.
Rotterdam was almost entirely rebuilt after 1940, and it shows: office towers, glass buildings and open-plan floors with central air conditioning. Around Rotterdam Centraal and the Weena, or on the Kop van Zuid by the Erasmus Bridge, many companies work in large spaces where one powerful unit, or a diffuser connected to the ducts, does more than several small ones spread around.
Retail is concentrated on the Lijnbaan and around the Markthal, while restaurants cluster in Katendrecht, Delfshaven and the Oude Haven. Hotels on the Wilhelminapier and in the centre want a signature scent guests recognise the moment they walk in. And the port has an economy of its own: logistics offices, showrooms and warehouses in Schiedam, Capelle aan den IJssel or around the Waalhaven. In Dutch you would be looking for a geurverspreider; this is the professional version. Exhibiting at Rotterdam Ahoy? We can set up a unit for your stand too.
Advice is remote: send us floor plans or photos and the floor area, and we will tell you which unit and fragrance fit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

For an office of up to 120 m², a FLOW at 79,99 € including VAT. For open-plan floors of up to 600 m², an ORBIT at 149,90 €. It is a one-off payment; after that you only buy fragrance, from 26,99 € a month on subscription.

Yes, with the HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) or the ATMOS (up to 600 m², 229,99 €), which spread the scent through the ducts. You need access to the air handling unit or a supply duct; send us photos and we will tell you whether it works before you buy.

No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In the Netherlands you buy the diffuser and can subscribe to the fragrance at 10 % off.
