Professional scenting in Brussels
BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid, sells professional scent diffusers (cold-air nebulizers) and fragrances made in Spain to hotels, restaurants, offices, clinics and shops in Brussels. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € including VAT for a space of up to 120 m². It arrives configured within 7 days at most and you control it from the app.
Much of Brussels works out of converted maisons de maître: high ceilings, cellars and long heating seasons with the windows shut. In a climate this rainy, that closed-in, damp smell builds up fast. In a brasserie in the Îlot Sacré, just off the Grand-Place, or a restaurant in Saint-Gilles, the first job is to neutralise the kitchen and the entrance; only then do you pick a soft scent for the dining room.
Around the European Quarter (Schuman, Luxembourg) and along Avenue Louise, it is offices, business hotels and meeting rooms: low intensity and clean notes that do not wear people out over a long day. In the boutiques on Rue Antoine Dansaert, the antique dealers of the Sablon or the shops of Ixelles, Uccle and Woluwe, the scent becomes part of the brand. And if you are exhibiting at Brussels Expo in Heysel, the right diffuser makes your stand one people remember.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will tell you which unit and fragrance fit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Brussels: frequently asked questions
How much does a professional scent diffuser for a restaurant in Brussels cost?
For a dining room of up to 120 m², the FLOW costs 79,99 € including VAT, paid once. To neutralise the toilets as well, the PULSE costs 72,99 €. After that you only pay for fragrance: 34,99 € for a 250 ml refill or 31,49 € a month on subscription.
Does it work in a Brussels townhouse with high ceilings and a cellar?
Yes. With high ceilings it is the volume that matters, not just the square metres, so we recommend a unit with some headroom. In the cellar or the toilets we use a neutraliser that acts on the odour molecule itself. The diffuser plugs into a socket, with no works or wiring.
How long does delivery to Brussels take, and are there customs charges?
7 calendar days at most from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Belgium is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping is 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I try the fragrances before I decide?
Yes. With your first order we send 5 ml samples to test in your own space. If one of them suits you better than the fragrance you picked, just order it with your next refill.
Can I rent a scent diffuser monthly in Belgium?
No. The monthly plan with diffuser and fragrance included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Belgium you buy the diffuser and, if you want, subscribe to the fragrance at 10 % off.
