Professional scenting in Antwerp
BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid, sells professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to shops, hotels, cafés, offices and clinics in Antwerp. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € including VAT for up to 120 m². It arrives configured within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no site visits.
Antwerp runs on retail and fashion. On the Meir, in the designer streets around Nationalestraat and Kammenstraat, or at the jewellers of the diamond district by Antwerpen-Centraal, customers walk in, look around and decide within minutes. A signature scent that never changes is what makes them remember the shop. In a small boutique, one well-tuned unit is enough to stay subtle. In Dutch it is called geurmarketing.
Outside the main shopping streets, Het Zuid is full of galleries, restaurants and cafés. Eilandje, with its old port warehouses turned into lofts, offices and venues, has big open volumes and high ceilings where one ORBIT makes more sense than several small units. Zurenborg and Berchem have plenty of practices and small businesses in older houses. If your business is in Wijnegem, Mortsel, Schoten or Mechelen, the approach and the shipping are exactly the same.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will propose a unit and a fragrance at a fixed price. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Antwerp: frequently asked questions
How much does a professional scent diffuser for a shop in Antwerp cost?
It depends on the size: 109,99 € for the LUME (up to 100 m²), 79,99 € for the FLOW (up to 120 m²) or 149,90 € for the ORBIT up to 600 m², VAT included. It is a one-off payment; after that you only buy fragrance, from 26,99 € a month on subscription.
Which scent suits a fashion boutique or a jewellery shop in Antwerp?
Fashion stores often do well with clean notes (cotton, soft woods, tea); jewellers tend to prefer warmer, more discreet profiles. The best test is in the shop itself, which is why we send 5 ml samples with the first order.
Do you also deliver to Berchem, Mortsel, Wijnegem or Mechelen?
Yes, anywhere in Belgium at the same rate of 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg, within 7 calendar days at most. Belgium is in the EU, so there are no customs and VAT is included.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The diffuser arrives configured; plug it in and manage it from the app. Only the HALO and ATMOS connect to HVAC ducts, and we guide you remotely using photos of your system.
Can I rent a scent diffuser monthly in Belgium?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Belgium you buy the unit and can subscribe to the fragrance only.
