Scent diffusers for offices, shops and gyms in Eindhoven
At the High Tech Campus, in the business parks of Veldhoven and around TU/e, thousands of engineers work in buildings with ducted air conditioning, open-plan floors and meeting rooms in use all day. For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², 59,90 €) and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €). Fragrance refills: 150 ml at 29,99 € and 250 ml at 34,99 €. On a monthly subscription in the same size, 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €), cancel any time. Shipping to the Netherlands: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
An Eindhoven example: a 500 m² gym with two changing rooms. One ORBIT on the training floor (149,90 €) and two PULSE with neutraliser in the changing rooms (145,98 €): 295,88 €, paid once. The ORBIT uses about 300 ml of fragrance a month.

Scent marketing in Eindhoven: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent an office at the High Tech Campus or Strijp-S?
It depends on floor area and whether there are ducts. With ducted air conditioning, a HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) or an ATMOS (up to 600 m², 229,99 €). Without ducts, an ORBIT (up to 600 m², 149,90 €) on the open floor and a SENSE (89,99 €) per meeting room. Prices include VAT and are paid once.
Can I scent an exhibition space during Dutch Design Week?
Yes, as long as you order in time: delivery takes 7 calendar days at most. For a space of up to 80 m² a SENSE (89,99 €) is enough; for a hall of up to 600 m², an ORBIT (149,90 €). At low intensity, the scent supports the pieces without stealing the show.
Are there customs charges or extra VAT when shipping to Eindhoven?
No. The Netherlands is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Your order arrives within 7 calendar days at most, with tracking by e-mail. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I smell the fragrances before I choose?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples to try in your own space. If one suits you better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in the Netherlands?
