Office and hotel scenting in The Hague
In the Beatrixkwartier, around Den Haag Centraal and in the buildings of international organisations and law firms, offices run on ducted air conditioning, with meeting rooms and receptions that welcome visitors from all over the world. What works here is low intensity and clean notes at reception and in meeting rooms, or a HALO or ATMOS connected to the HVAC for the whole floor. At the World Forum, during congresses and summits, stands want a scent people remember.
In the centre, between the Lange Voorhout, Noordeinde and Denneweg, you find boutiques, galleries, private clinics and restaurants in grand townhouses, and busy bars and cafés around the Grote Markt. In Scheveningen, seafront hotels and restaurants live with damp, salty air all year: neutralise entrances, toilets and storerooms first, then scent the reception or dining room. Dutch speakers call this geurmarketing.
We also supply businesses in Rijswijk, Voorburg, Delft, Wassenaar and Leidschendam on the same terms. Advice is remote: send us the floor area and photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit and fragrance. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

A Hague example: a 500 m² office floor in the Beatrixkwartier with a reception, three meeting rooms and ducted air conditioning. One HALO connected to the duct (194,99 €) covers the whole floor from a single point, paid once. It uses about 350 ml of fragrance a month.

- App control. Schedule the scent to be there when the team arrives and switch off at night.

Scent marketing in The Hague: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent an office in the Beatrixkwartier?
If the floor has ducted air conditioning, a HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) or an ATMOS (up to 600 m², 229,99 €). If not, a standalone ORBIT (up to 600 m², 149,90 €) in the open area and a SENSE (89,99 €) per meeting room. Prices include VAT and are paid once.
Does a scent diffuser work in a Scheveningen hotel or restaurant with salty sea air?
Yes. The diffuser nebulises cold and is adjusted from the app, so you can turn it up in high season. If the entrance or storeroom smells damp, add a PULSE (72,99 €) with neutraliser before scenting the reception or dining room.
Are there customs charges or extra VAT when shipping to The Hague?
No. The Netherlands is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Your order arrives within 7 calendar days at most, with tracking by e-mail. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I smell the fragrances before I choose?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples to try in your own space. If one suits you better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in the Netherlands?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In the Netherlands you buy the diffuser and can subscribe to the fragrance.
