Hamburg means harbour and rain. Damp air gets into venues in St. Pauli, Altona or the Speicherstadt and stays in carpets, curtains and cellars. In the fish and seafood restaurants by the harbour or in Ottensen, perfume does not fix it: you need a neutraliser in the kitchen, entrance and restrooms, and a clean fragrance in the dining room that does not clash with the food.

What scenting a venue in Hamburg costs
In Germany you buy the diffuser: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², €59.90) and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², €224.99). Fragrance refills: 150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99. With a monthly subscription of the same size you pay 10% less (€26.99 and €31.49) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to Germany: €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Hamburg example: a 110 m² fish restaurant in Ottensen with an open kitchen and one restroom. A FLOW with fragrance in the dining room (€79.99) and a PULSE with neutraliser in the restroom (€72.99): €152.98, paid once. With an open kitchen, add a second FLOW with neutraliser near the counter.

- Control it from the app. Intensity, schedules and weekdays. Reorder fragrance when you need it, or subscribe and pay 10% less.
Frequently asked questions about scenting in Hamburg
How much does it cost to scent a venue in Hamburg?
You buy the diffuser once, VAT included: from €72.99 for the PULSE in restrooms, €79.99 for the FLOW in spaces up to 120 m² and €149.90 for the ORBIT in open areas up to 600 m². After that you only pay for fragrance or neutraliser: from €29.99 for 150 ml.
Does it work for a seafood restaurant?
Yes, but with neutraliser rather than perfume. The neutraliser acts on the odour molecule in the kitchen, entrance and restrooms, and the dining room gets a very soft fragrance or none at all. Putting perfume on top of a fish smell only makes it worse.
How long does delivery to Hamburg take, and are there customs?
Within one week (7 calendar days) of order confirmation at the latest, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel ships. Germany is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and German VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I test the fragrances first?
Yes. With your first order we send 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space, which is where the decision really gets made. If you like a sample more than the fragrance you picked, just order that one with your next refill.
Is there a monthly plan with the diffuser included in Germany?
No. The monthly fee with diffuser and fragrance included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Germany you buy the diffuser, it is yours, and if you like you subscribe to the fragrance at 10% less, cancellable anytime.
