What scenting a venue in Cologne costs
In Germany you buy the diffuser: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², €59.90) and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², €224.99). Fragrance refills: 150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99. With a monthly subscription of the same size you pay 10% less (€26.99 and €31.49) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to Germany: €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Cologne example: a 200 m² Brauhaus in the Altstadt with two restrooms. An ORBIT in the main room (€149.90) and two PULSE with neutraliser (2 × €72.99): €295.88, paid once. The ORBIT uses about 300 ml a month, so the 250 ml subscription (€31.49 a month) plus an extra refill in busy months fits well.

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Cologne?
You buy the diffuser once, VAT included: €79.99 for the FLOW in spaces up to 120 m², €109.99 for the LUME in shops and cafés up to 100 m² and €149.90 for the ORBIT in large rooms up to 600 m². Fragrance is extra, from €26.99 a month with a subscription.
Can I use the diffuser on a stand at Koelnmesse?
Yes. Free-standing models like the FLOW (up to 120 m², €79.99) only need a socket, are scheduled from the app and move with you from fair to fair. Allow some buffer for delivery: the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation.
How long does delivery to Cologne take, and are there customs?
Within one week (7 calendar days) of order confirmation at the latest, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel ships. Germany is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and German VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I test the fragrances first?
