Munich lives largely from hospitality and visitors. Hotels around the central station and in the Altstadt run well booked most of the year, and during the Oktoberfest and the big trade fairs at Messe München in Riem you feel the traffic in lobbies, corridors and lifts. A steady scent at reception and a neutraliser in the floor restrooms keep the hotel smelling the same on the first day of the Wiesn as on the last.

What scenting a venue in Munich costs
In Germany you buy the diffuser: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², €59.90) and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², €224.99). Fragrance refills: 150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99. With a monthly subscription of the same size you pay 10% less (€26.99 and €31.49) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to Germany: €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Munich example: a 120 m² restaurant in Haidhausen with two restrooms. A FLOW in the dining room (€79.99) and two PULSE with neutraliser (2 × €72.99): €225.97, paid once. The FLOW uses about 250 ml a month, which the 250 ml subscription covers for €31.49 a month.

Which diffusers does a small hotel in Munich need?
It depends on the square metres of each area, not on the stars. A common setup: an ORBIT in the lobby (up to 600 m²) or an ATMOS if the scent should run through the HVAC, a FLOW per corridor and a PULSE with neutraliser in the public restrooms. Send us the square metres and we size it for you.
How long does delivery to Munich take, and are there customs?
Within one week (7 calendar days) of order confirmation at the latest, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel ships. Germany is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and German VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
