In the Bankenviertel and the Westend, offices dominate: towers and office buildings with central HVAC, meeting rooms and receptions where clients arrive all day. Here the ATMOS (up to 600 m²) or the HALO (up to 800 m²) connects to the HVAC duct and scents the whole floor with no device in sight. Small law firms and practices only need a SENSE, which runs below 30 dB.
Frankfurt is also a trade fair and transit city. Hotels around Messe Frankfurt, the Europaviertel and the central station change guests every few days, and a consistent scent in the lobby and corridors is what people remember. What scenting a venue in Frankfurt costs
In Germany you buy the diffuser: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², €59.90) and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², €224.99). Fragrance refills: 150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99. With a monthly subscription of the same size you pay 10% less (€26.99 and €31.49) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to Germany: €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
A typical Frankfurt example: a 500 m² office floor in the Westend with central HVAC. An ATMOS on the duct (€229.99) for the whole floor and a SENSE in the main meeting room (€89.99): €319.98, paid once. If the duct is not accessible, a free-standing ORBIT (€149.90) covers up to 600 m².

- Control it from the app. Intensity, schedules and weekdays. Reorder fragrance when you need it, or subscribe and pay 10% less.

How much does it cost to scent an office in Frankfurt?
You buy the diffuser once, VAT included: €79.99 for the FLOW in offices up to 120 m², €149.90 for the ORBIT on open floors up to 600 m² and €229.99 for the ATMOS if the scent should run through the HVAC. After that you only pay for fragrance, from €29.99 for 150 ml.
Can the diffuser connect to the building's HVAC system?
Yes, with the ATMOS (up to 600 m²) or the HALO (up to 800 m²). Both connect to the existing duct without building work. In an office building, check with the owner or property manager first, since the HVAC system is involved. All other models are free-standing and simply plug in.
How long does delivery to Frankfurt take, and are there customs?
Within one week (7 calendar days) of order confirmation at the latest, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel ships. Germany is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and German VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs €19.90 per parcel up to 2 kg.
Can I test the fragrances first?
Yes. With your first order we send 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space, which is where the decision really gets made. If you like a sample more than the fragrance you picked, just order that one with your next refill.
Is there a monthly plan with the diffuser included in Germany?
