Professional scenting in Ghent

Scent marketing for cafés, shops and offices in Ghent

In the Patershol and along the Graslei and Korenlei, restaurants and cafés occupy old guild houses with cellars, narrow stairs and little ventilation. Start by neutralising damp and kitchen smells in the toilets and corridors, then add a soft fragrance in the dining room. Around the Vrijdagmarkt and Sint-Pietersplein, student bars and cafés have more toilets to manage than atmospheres to create.

On the Veldstraat and the shopping streets of the centre, fashion shops want a signature scent customers recognise as they walk in. In offices around Gent-Sint-Pieters station and the Zuid district, with ducted air conditioning and meeting rooms, low intensity and clean notes work best. Dutch speakers call this geurmarketing. If you exhibit at Flanders Expo or trade during the Gentse Feesten, a plug-in diffuser is enough.

We also supply Merelbeke, Destelbergen, Sint-Martens-Latem and Lochristi on the same terms. Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will tell you which unit and fragrance fit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships across the whole EU from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Yes, as long as you order in time: delivery takes 7 calendar days at most. For a stand of up to 80 m² a SENSE (89,99 €) is enough; it plugs in and is programmed from the app. After the fair the diffuser is still yours for the office or shop.

Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Belgium?

No. The monthly plan with the unit and fragrance included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Belgium you buy the diffuser, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance for 10 % less.
