You buy the unit once, it arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.

Milan is home to a large share of the country's corporate headquarters, between Porta Nuova, CityLife and the centre, and the new towers there have central air conditioning: a unit connected to the ducts scents an entire floor. In Rome, Turin or Bologna there are many law firms, notaries, architects and consultancies in period apartments, with high ceilings, marble floors and small waiting rooms. There a LUME at the entrance and a SENSE in the meeting room do more than any refurbishment.

In Italy the workplace safety code (Testo Unico, Legislative Decree 81/2008) requires healthy air in workplaces, so the diffuser does not replace ventilation: it works alongside it. In Italy we sell the equipment: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

Office scenting in Italy: FAQ

Which diffuser should I put in an office in Italy?

Up to 120 m² the FLOW (€79.99); for an open-plan office up to 600 m² the ORBIT (€149.99); at reception the LUME (€109.99); in restrooms a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.

Does the scent bother people working in the office?

Not with low intensity, pauses and fresh notes. If someone prefers, their area stays unscented and the diffuser focuses on reception, rooms and restrooms.

Can an office building be scented through the ducts?

Yes. The HALO (up to 800 m²) and the NOVA (up to 1,600 m²) connect to the existing air conditioning without building work. You only need access to the air handling unit.

How long does shipping to Italy take, and are there customs fees?

7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the European Union: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.

Is there a monthly scenting plan in Italy?

No. The plan with equipment and fragrance (what many search for as diffuser rental) is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Italy you buy the unit, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance.
