Monthly scenting plan
Office Scenting in Portugal
BENDIS is a professional scenting company based in Madrid that makes its fragrances in Spain and publishes its prices. In Portugal it offers offices, coworking spaces and headquarters a monthly scenting plan from €29.90 + VAT per unit, with the nebulizer and each month's fragrance included, no installation and no lock-in.
Lisbon and Porto have filled up with offices in just a few years: tech and service centres in Parque das Nações and Avenidas Novas, business parks in Oeiras, headquarters and coworking spaces in Porto's Boavista, and international teams receiving clients and candidates every week. In those offices the reception and meeting rooms are the business card, and smell is part of the first impression.
Many Portuguese offices are in renovated old buildings, with good light but little cross-ventilation and damp in winter, and others in new towers with central air conditioning, where a unit connected to the ducts scents a whole floor. Portuguese rules on indoor air quality in commercial and service buildings require adequate ventilation, so the diffuser does not replace it: it complements it. We use fresh notes, low intensity and schedules that follow the working day.
The equipment arrives set up and with the fragrance included, ready to plug in. We advise remotely by phone, WhatsApp or email, with a few photos and the office's floor area.

Office scenting in Portugal: FAQ
How much does office scenting cost in Portugal?
From €29.90 + VAT a month per unit, fragrance included. An office of up to 120 m² is €39.90 + VAT a month with the FLOW, and an open-plan floor of up to 600 m² €54.90 + VAT with the ORBIT. It is the BENDIS monthly scenting plan (what the industry calls scent diffuser rental), with no lock-in.
Does the scent bother employees?
Not at low intensity, with pauses and fresh notes. If someone prefers, their area stays unscented and the diffuser focuses on reception, rooms and restrooms.
Can a building be scented through the air conditioning?
Yes. The HALO (up to 800 m²) and the NOVA (up to 1,600 m²) connect to existing ducts without building work. You only need access to the air handling unit.
How long does delivery to Portugal take?
7 calendar days at most after confirmation, with email tracking. With the monthly plan, shipping to mainland Portugal is included.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel with 30 days' notice. If you prefer to buy the equipment, you can: the FLOW costs €79.99 including VAT and shipping is free from €60.
