Restaurant Scenting in Germany
BENDIS sells professional scent diffusers, odour neutraliser and fragrances made in Spain to restaurants, brewpubs, cafés and bars across Germany. A dining room of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, which is yours from day one. It arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.
In Germany a restaurant's problem is usually more about odours than about fragrance. From October to April windows stay shut, and the smell of frying, spilt beer or cooking hangs in the dining room, the upholstery and the guest's coat. The brewhouses of Cologne and Düsseldorf, Munich's beer halls or Hamburg's fish restaurants have large rooms with high ceilings where an ORBIT spreads scent well. And some federal states still have smoking pubs (Raucherkneipen), where an odour neutraliser matters more than any fragrance.
We never put a diffuser in the kitchen: food hygiene rules (HACCP) require chemicals to be kept away from food. We scent the entrance, waiting area and restrooms at low intensity, with pauses during service. In summer, when beer gardens are full, scent does not work outdoors: it is focused indoors and in the restrooms.

In Germany we sell the equipment: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

Which scent diffuser do I need for a restaurant in Germany?
For a dining room of up to 120 m², the FLOW (€79.99). For a brewhouse or venue of up to 600 m², the ORBIT (€149.99). In the restrooms, a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.
Can smoke or frying smells be removed?
Yes, with the neutraliser, which removes the odour molecule instead of covering it. In smoking pubs or venues with lots of frying we always start there and add fragrance if you want.
Does the scent interfere with the food?
Not when set up properly: clean fragrances, low intensity and pauses during service. Never in the kitchen.
How long does shipping to Germany take, and are there customs fees?
7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the EU: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Is there a rental model in Germany?
No. The monthly plan with equipment is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Germany you buy the unit and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
