Office Scent Diffusers in Germany
BENDIS sells professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to offices, coworking spaces and headquarters across Germany. An office of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, and an open-plan floor of up to 600 m² with an ORBIT at €149.99. You buy the unit once, it arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.
Office scent marketing in Germany is mostly about the reception and meeting rooms. Frankfurt's bank towers, corporate headquarters in Stuttgart and Munich, agencies and media houses in Hamburg or Berlin startups welcome clients and candidates every day, and smell is part of the first impression. On the rest of the floor we go for something more discreet: it should smell clean without anyone commenting on it.
In Germany the Workplace Ordinance (Arbeitsstättenverordnung) and its technical rule on ventilation (ASR A3.6) require enough fresh air at the workplace, so the diffuser does not replace ventilation: it complements it. If your company has a works council (Betriebsrat), raise the topic first, as with any change to the work environment. In winter, with windows closed and heating on, windowless meeting rooms get stuffy fast, and a SENSE scheduled by the hour makes the difference there.
We support you in writing in German and by phone in English or Spanish. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the EU.

Office scenting in Germany: FAQ
Which scent diffuser suits an office in Germany?
Up to 120 m² the FLOW (€79.99), for an open-plan office up to 600 m² the ORBIT (€149.99), at reception the LUME (€109.99), in restrooms a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.
Does the scent bother employees?
Not at low intensity, with pauses and fresh notes. Anyone who prefers can have an unscented area, and the unit focuses on reception, meeting rooms and restrooms.
Can an office building be scented through the ventilation?
Yes. The HALO (up to 800 m²) and the NOVA (up to 1,600 m²) connect to existing ducts without building work. You only need access to the air handling unit.
How long does shipping to Germany take, and are there customs fees?
7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the EU: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Is there a scent marketing plan with equipment in Germany?
No. The monthly plan with equipment and fragrance is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Germany you buy the unit, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance.
