Hotel Scent Diffusers in Germany
BENDIS sells professional cold-air scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to hotels across Germany: business hotels in trade fair cities, boutique hotels in Berlin's old Altbau buildings and wellness hotels in Bavaria or the Black Forest. You buy the unit once, from €72.99 including VAT. It arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no technician visit.
German hotels are rated from 1 to 5 stars under the German Hotel Classification, and in trade fair cities (Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Hanover, Munich) occupancy jumps within days. The lobby then receives hundreds of guests at the same time, and the scent has to be the same on the Monday of the fair as on a quiet Sunday. In the app you schedule more intensity at check-in and less at night.
The climate matters. Long winters, heating and closed windows build up a stale smell in corridors and carpets. Many newer hotels have mechanical ventilation, where a unit connected to the ducts scents several floors from one point. In Bavarian Alpine wellness hotels with sauna and pool, the changing rooms need an odour neutraliser before any fragrance. Cold-air nebulisation does not heat the fragrance or use water, which hotels focused on efficiency and waste appreciate.
We support you in writing in German and by phone in English or Spanish. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the European Union.

Hotel scenting in Germany: FAQ
How much does it cost to scent a hotel in Germany?
An open lobby is scented by an ORBIT (up to 600 m²) for €149.99, and a hotel with ventilation ducts by a HALO (up to 800 m²) for €194.99. Prices include VAT; after that you only pay for fragrance.
Does the diffuser work with the hotel ventilation system?
Yes. The HALO, ATMOS and NOVA connect to the supply air ducts without building work. Without ducts we use standalone units per area.
How long does shipping to Germany take, and are there customs fees?
7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with email tracking. Germany is in the EU: no customs, VAT included. Shipping costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Can I rent scent diffusers in Germany?
No. The monthly plan with equipment and fragrance is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Germany you buy the unit and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
Can the wellness area or sauna be scented?
The relaxation area and spa reception, yes, with an ORBIT or SENSE. Not inside the sauna itself: extreme heat is no place for a nebulizer. In changing rooms we recommend the neutraliser.
