Restaurant Scenting in France
BENDIS sells professional scent diffusers, odour neutraliser and fragrances made in Spain to restaurants, bistros, brasseries and wine bars across France. A dining room of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, which is yours from day one. It arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.
In a restaurant, scent does not compete with the food: it frames it. In France, where dining is taken very seriously, we almost always work the entrance, restrooms and waiting area, at a low intensity you notice when you arrive and that fades when the first plate lands. Pauses are scheduled in the app during service, and there is never a diffuser in the kitchen: food hygiene rules (the HACCP method used in every professional kitchen) require chemicals to be kept away from food.
Every city has its own problem. In a 40 m² Paris bistro with an open kitchen, the smell of frying reaches the dining room and clings to the curtains, so you start with the neutraliser. In Lyon, with its low-ceilinged bouchons and vaulted cellars, damp and stale air dominate in the morning. In Marseille, Nice or Montpellier the air conditioning runs from May to October and scent spreads well. And in Bordeaux wine bars we advise scenting only the entrance and restrooms so it does not interfere with tasting.

What restaurant scenting costs in France
In France we sell the equipment: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

Fragrance refills: 150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99. With a monthly subscription in the same size you pay 10% less (€26.99 and €31.49) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to France: €19.90 up to 2 kg and €24.90 from 2 to 5 kg.
Typical example: an 80 m² bistro in Lyon with two restrooms. A FLOW in the dining room (€79.99) and two PULSE units with neutraliser in the restrooms (€145.98): €225.97, paid once. They use about 350 ml of product a month.

Which diffuser do I need for a restaurant in France?
For a dining room of up to 120 m², the FLOW (€79.99). For a larger venue or several rooms, the ORBIT (up to 600 m², €149.99). In the restrooms, a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.
Does the scent interfere with the food or the wine?
Not when set up properly. We use clean, not-too-sweet fragrances, low intensity and pauses during service. In wine bars and tasting restaurants we recommend scenting only the entrance and restrooms.
Can you remove frying or kitchen smells?
Yes, with the neutraliser, which removes the odour molecule instead of covering it. It goes in the passage between kitchen and dining room or in the restrooms, never inside the kitchen.
How long does shipping to France take, and are there customs fees?
7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with email tracking. Shipping within the European Union means no customs and VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Is there a monthly rental option in France?
No. The monthly plan with equipment and fragrance included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In France you buy the unit and, if you like, subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
