You buy the unit once, it arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.

In an office, scent has two jobs: make the reception say something to the client who walks in, and keep the rest of the space smelling clean without anyone noticing. So we work with fresh notes at a low intensity that lasts all day, and leave workstations unscented if the team prefers. In France the Labour Code (Code du travail) requires workplaces to renew their air, so the diffuser does not replace ventilation: it works alongside it.

The business districts shape the building type. In La Défense, Part-Dieu in Lyon, Euroméditerranée in Marseille or Euratlantique in Bordeaux, towers have central air conditioning and a unit connected to the ducts scents a whole floor. What an office scent diffuser costs in France

In France we sell the equipment: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

Fragrance refills: 150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99. With a monthly subscription in the same size you pay 10% less (€26.99 and €31.49) and can cancel anytime. Shipping to France: €19.90 up to 2 kg and €24.90 from 2 to 5 kg.

Typical example: a 300 m² office in Lyon Part-Dieu with a reception and two restrooms. An ORBIT in the open-plan area (€149.99), a LUME at reception (€109.99) and two PULSE units with neutraliser in the restrooms (€145.98): €405.96, paid once.

Which scent diffuser should I choose for an office in France?

For an office of up to 120 m², the FLOW (€79.99). For an open-plan office or coworking space of up to 600 m², the ORBIT (€149.99). At reception, the LUME (€109.99), and in restrooms a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.

Does the scent bother employees?

At the right intensity, no. We set the diffuser to low output with pauses, use fresh, clean notes and, if someone asks, leave their area unscented. After a few days the team simply notices the office smells good.

Can an office building be scented through the HVAC ducts?

Yes. The HALO (up to 800 m²) and the NOVA (up to 1,600 m²) connect to the existing air conditioning and scent a floor from a single point, with no building work. The building manager only needs to give you access to the air handling unit.

How long does shipping to France take, and are there customs fees?

7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with email tracking. Shipping within the European Union means no customs and VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.

Is there a monthly plan in France?

No. The plan with equipment and fragrance included (what the industry calls scent diffuser rental) is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In France you buy the unit, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
