Restaurant Scenting in the Netherlands

A dining room of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, which is yours from day one. It arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.
Dutch hospitality has its own smells. Amsterdam's brown cafés, with dark wood and decades of beer, have a character nobody wants to erase, but the musty air from the cellar and restrooms is another story. In eetcafés and snack bars the fryer runs all day and the smell of oil reaches the dining room and the street. There the work always starts with the neutraliser in the passage and restrooms, and fragrance, if any, goes at the entrance.
In chef-led restaurants in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Utrecht the approach is the same as for any careful table: a soft scent at the entrance and in the restrooms, low intensity and pauses during service, and never a unit in the kitchen, because hygiene rules (HACCP) require chemicals to be kept away from food. With the damp climate and closed terraces in winter, venues ventilate less and smells build up more than in summer.

What restaurant scenting costs in the Netherlands
In the Netherlands we sell the equipment: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

Which scent diffuser do I need for a restaurant in the Netherlands?
For a dining room of up to 120 m² the FLOW (€79.99). For a large restaurant or food hall of up to 600 m² the ORBIT (€149.99). In restrooms a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.
Can frying smells from a snack bar or eetcafé be removed?
Yes, with the neutraliser, which removes the odour molecule instead of masking it. It goes in the passage between kitchen and dining room, never in the kitchen itself.
Does the scent interfere with eating?
Not when set up properly: fresh fragrances, low intensity and pauses during service, mainly at the entrance and in restrooms.
How long does shipping to the Netherlands take, and are there customs fees?
7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the EU: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Is there a rental or monthly plan in the Netherlands?
No. The monthly plan with equipment is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In the Netherlands you buy the unit and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
