Office Scent Diffusers in the Netherlands

BENDIS sells professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to offices, coworking spaces and headquarters in the Netherlands. An office of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, and an open-plan floor of up to 600 m² with an ORBIT at €149.99. You buy the unit once, it arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.

The Dutch office is open and flexible. On Amsterdam's Zuidas, Rotterdam's Kop van Zuid, in central Utrecht or on Eindhoven's tech campus, most teams work with hot desks (flexplekken) and varying office days. When the space changes every day, scent is one of the few constants: a clean, recognisable scent at reception and in common areas makes the office feel the same on a quiet Monday as on a busy Thursday.

Office buildings in the Netherlands usually have mechanical ventilation, and the Working Conditions Decree (Arbobesluit) requires enough fresh air at the workplace, so the diffuser does not replace ventilation: it complements it. A unit on the ducts scents an entire floor from one point, and in windowless meeting rooms a SENSE scheduled by the hour stops the air getting heavy by mid-morning. We use fresh notes and low intensity.

We support you in English and in writing in Dutch. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the European Union.

Office scenting in the Netherlands: FAQ

Which scent diffuser suits an office in the Netherlands?

Up to 120 m² the FLOW (€79.99), for an open-plan office up to 600 m² the ORBIT (€149.99), at reception the LUME (€109.99), in restrooms a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.

Does the scent bother employees?

Not at low intensity, with pauses and fresh notes. Anyone who prefers gets an unscented spot, and the unit focuses on reception, meeting rooms and restrooms.

Can an office building be scented through the mechanical ventilation?

Yes. The HALO (up to 800 m²) and the NOVA (up to 1,600 m²) connect to existing ducts without building work. You only need access to the ventilation unit.

How long does shipping to the Netherlands take, and are there customs fees?

7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the EU: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.

Is there a monthly plan with equipment in the Netherlands?

No. The monthly plan with equipment and fragrance is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In the Netherlands you buy the unit, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance.
