Scenting hotels, resorts and villas in Rhodes
Rhodes is one of the Greek islands with the most hotel beds and a long season, from April to October. On the north-west coast, between Ixia and Ialyssos, and on the east coast, in Faliraki, Kallithea, Kolymbia and Afandou, there are large resorts with spacious lobbies, ducted air conditioning and many common areas: there, one unit connected to the duct does more than several standalone ones.
The walled medieval Old Town has boutique hotels in stone houses with thick walls that hold moisture, and Lindos adds whitewashed villas and captains’ houses turned into accommodation. In resort restaurants and buffets the challenge is keeping kitchen smells out of the dining room and restrooms. The west coast is windy in summer, so scent is kept for indoor spaces: reception, rooms, spa, restrooms and shop.
We advise you remotely: send us the size of the space and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we tell you which unit and which fragrance fit. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the European Union, Greek islands included.

FAQ: scenting a business in Rhodes
How much does it cost to scent a resort in Rhodes?
It is worked out zone by zone and you buy each unit once. With ducted air conditioning, the HALO (up to 800 m²) costs 194,99 €; a lobby or spa without ducts is covered by an ORBIT (up to 600 m²) for 149,99 €, and very large common areas by a WAVE (up to 875 m²) for 224,99 €. VAT included; after that you only pay for fragrance.
Does it work in a hotel inside the medieval Old Town?
Yes. Standalone units plug in and are programmed from the app: no drilling or cabling in old walls. If ground-floor rooms smell damp because of the stone, start with the neutraliser and then move on to a soft fragrance.
What do I do with the diffuser when the season ends?
Nothing special. The unit is yours, so you pay nothing while it is idle. Switch it off from the app, empty the tank and store it somewhere dry. When you reopen, if it smells closed-up, a few days of neutraliser and then the fragrance.
How long does delivery to Rhodes take, and are there customs?
Within 7 calendar days of order confirmation at the latest, with tracking by e-mail. Greece is in the EU: no customs, and Greek VAT is included. Shipping: 25,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental in Greece?
No. The monthly scenting plan with unit and fragrance included (what many people search for as diffuser rental) is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Greece you buy the diffuser, it is yours, and if you like you subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less, cancel anytime.
