Scenting resorts, hotels and villas in Halkidiki
Halkidiki is the holiday coast of northern Greece, an hour by car from Thessaloniki, with a season that runs from May to October. In Kassandra, the busiest peninsula, there are large resorts and beach hotels in Kallithea, Afytos, Pefkochori and Hanioti, and in Sithonia, quieter and greener, complexes in Neos Marmaras, Nikiti, Vourvourou and Sarti. These are buildings with spacious lobbies, a spa and many common areas, often with ducted air conditioning.
Besides the resorts there are holiday villas and apartments that close all winter and smell closed-up and of coastal damp when they reopen. In beach restaurants and buffets, the challenge is keeping kitchen smells out of the dining room and restrooms. Many companies that run hotels here have an office in Thessaloniki, so we can advise both locations at once.
We advise you remotely: send us the size of the space and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we tell you which unit and which fragrance fit. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the European Union, Greek islands included.

FAQ: scenting a business in Halkidiki
How much does it cost to scent a resort in Halkidiki?
It is worked out zone by zone and you buy each unit once. With ducted air conditioning, the HALO (up to 800 m²) costs 194,99 €; a lobby or spa without ducts is covered by an ORBIT (up to 600 m²) for 149,99 €, and a very large lobby by a NOVA (up to 1.600 m²) for 389,99 €. VAT included; after that you only pay for fragrance.
What do I do with the diffusers when the hotel closes for winter?
The units are yours, so you pay nothing while they are idle. Switch them off from the app, empty the tanks and store them somewhere dry. If you have the fragrance subscription, cancel it when you close and restart it before you open.
Can the dining room or buffet be scented without clashing with the food?
A strong fragrance is not a good idea where people eat. What works is neutralising near the kitchen and in the restrooms, and keeping the scent for the restaurant entrance, the lobby and the corridors.
How long does delivery to Halkidiki take, and are there customs?
Within 7 calendar days of order confirmation at the latest, with tracking by e-mail. Greece is in the EU: no customs, and Greek VAT is included. Shipping: 25,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental in Greece?
No. The monthly scenting plan with unit and fragrance included (what many people search for as diffuser rental) is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Greece you buy the diffuser, it is yours, and if you like you subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less, cancel anytime.
