How much does it cost to scent a boutique on via Camerelle?

For a boutique of up to 100 m², the LUME costs 109,99 € including VAT, and if there is a fitting room, a PULSE with neutraliser for 72,99 €. Fragrance costs 34,99 € per 250 ml refill or 31,49 € a month on subscription. Out of season you switch the unit off in the app.

Do you deliver to the island of Capri?

Yes, on the same terms as the rest of Italy: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and 7 calendar days at most. The parcel crosses by boat from Naples or Sorrento, so before the season opens it is worth ordering with some margin.

How long does delivery to Capri take, and are there customs charges?

One week at most (7 calendar days) from order confirmation, and you get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as it ships. Italy is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.

Can I try the fragrances before deciding?

Yes. With your first order we include 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space. If you prefer a sample, order it with your next refill.

Is there a monthly plan with the diffuser included in Italy?

No. The monthly plan with diffuser and fragrance included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Italy you buy the diffuser and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
